Due to the relocation of Creative Dragon Works from Hong Kong to Germany, DRAGON BOAT WORLD INTERNATIONAL Issue No. 4 - October 2008 will come out with one month delay.
I thank you very much for your patience and understanding in this exceptional situation. Please be assured that we will be back on publishing schedule with the then following January 2009 Edition No 5.
In another matter and due to many questions in this regard I'd like to point out that everybody is always very much welcome to send in contributions, comments and the like.
